Dinoiki provides cloud-based application deployment and hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Application deployment and hosting
• Database management services
• API integration services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Monitoring and analytics tools

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users
• Pay all fees associated with your use of our services
• Backup your data regularly and maintain your own copies

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Infrastructure failures or network issues
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Data and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinoiki shall not be liable for:

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees
• Upon violation of prohibited uses

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before it may be deleted.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Indonesia.
